Romantic wedding by the sea, in coral and dusty blue tones

A beautiful, romantic wedding straight from the bride’s dreams, by the sea in the town she grew up in. This is the setting where the lives of Elena and her beloved John were connected forever.

In coral and dusty blue tones
The wedding took place in June 2022 at the church of Agios Minas in Limassol, followed by a reception and dinner by the sea in the gardens of the Amathus Hotel.
The couple, who live permanently in the US, planned and organised their wedding with the help of Fotini Kythreotou, from Champagne & Strawberries Events.
The bride brought along her elegant, mermaid wedding dress from Galia Lahav, as well as the bridesmaids’ dresses in coral tones, which is her favourite colour.
In the decoration romantic elements and the coral colour were prominent, and they were successfully fused with touches of dusty blue tones, blending harmoniously with the landscape and the summer theme of the wedding.

Enchanting setting with a Mediterranean flavour
A dreamy setting awaited the couple’s guests in the hotel’s gardens, with a backdrop of palm trees and the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Wooden structures were used to support dozens of chandeliers and hundreds of fairy lights, making the atmosphere even more magical and romantic.

The honeymoon table was adorned with lush garlands of ground-reaching flowers in the wedding’s colour palette the ground, decorated with transparent candle jars.
The guests were seated in circular tables with blue tablecloths, matching napkins and transparent plates with silver cutlery. Each plate was adorned with a small rosebud, and a topical card with a star sparkler that all guests lit to welcome the couple to the dinner venue. The selection of wooden cross chairs tied in beautifully with the garden and the overall decor.
