A romantic wedding, like a white fairytale!

The wedding of Kristy Agapiou and Panicos Levadiotis couldn’t have been more romantic! A beautiful, summer wedding with white and sea blue acting as the dominant colours, it was as stunning as Kristy could imagine for the most important moment of her life..

After a four-year relationship, she said the big “yes” to the wedding proposal by her partner, Panicos. As she recalls, it was Sunday and they woke up at around 05.30 to go to the beach and watch the sunrise; she couldn’t imagine what would come next! As they were walking, he picked up a seashell from the sand. “He opened it up and the ring was inside! By the time I realised what was happening, he kneeled and proposed. I was speechless and crying, it was a huge surprise!”. So, after a few months, the couple’s love story was completed at the church steps, since on September 9th 2017 they got married in a dreamy setting.

Kristy arrived at Ayios Nikolaos chapel in Dekeleia, escorted by her father, in a fishing boat. Panicos was accompanied by violins and lutes. In the impressively decorated chapel by the sea, designed by Flowers & Designs by Roe Herodotou, the guests welcomed the young couple with applause and anticipated the holy wedding ceremony. Panicos was wearing a blue No Name suit, while Kristy donned a wonderful creation by designer Stalo Theodorou – Complice, with whom she has collaborated with many times in the past as a model. The bridal hair was done by Christos Artemiou and the make-up in natural tones by the Makeup Studio by Alexandra Nicolaidou.

Most impressive were the custom-made hats with the couple’s acronym that the guests wore outside the church. After the wedding, a cocktail party followed at the beach bar, and an opulent dinner in a magical setting at the gardens of Sentido Sandy Beach Hotel in Larnaca, with a stage placed on the sand and having the sea as a background, created by S.Y Stage.

The party lasted until the morning hours, and the guests surely remember the funny dance that the joyful couple presented with the bride’s father, as they all had taken special dancing classes for this little show!
