Once again, the best fashion designers met at the Bridal Fashion Week in New York and presented their new collections for Fall 2020. The impressive pieces that were presented were so contradictory and yet so special that they will not leave even the most demanding bride untouched. So, we gathered the collections that we thought stood out and we hope you find your dream wedding dress!

CAROLINA HERRERA

In a beautiful collection of 11 dresses, the Carolina Herrera Bridal House presented the whole spectrum and its dynamic. For the bride who dislikes the plethora of tulles, can find delicate skirts with folds, and create the wedding dress she has dreamed of. But also, for the bride who has always dreamt of something more impressive, the bridal house has to propose rich lace and bridal dresses with impressive necklines.

GALIA LAHAV

Galia Lahav proposes a collection inspired by other eras, created however through a very modern look. See through designs that add a playful look in the light, embroideries that impress and the use of tulle, which embraces the female body, compose the bridal collection. The bride who chooses a design from the Galia Lahav Bridal House is definitely a bride who wants to highlight her femininity and charm.

MONIQUE LHUILLIER

Each of the 17 bridal dresses that make up the collection refers to romantic and fairytale appearances where gold details and plush curtains make their appearance. Lhuillier’s love of flowers is “strengthened”, as evidenced by the creations presented by the bridal house, where the floral concept assumes another dimension and flowers acquire three-dimensional texture. The collection also includes classic and simple pieces for all those women, who dream of more simple bridal appearances.

OSCAR DE LA RENTA

The impressive wedding dresses with tulle dominating, are included in the collection, as well as the elegant lace designs, which add a romantic mood to the creations. The new ultimate trend in bridal dresses, which is none other than transparencies, is also visible in Oscar De La Rentas’s creations.

REEM ACRA

Every time she designs her bridal collections, Reem Acra must always have her international clients in mind and contemplate how her dresses should fit in different cultures. VERA WANG

Vera Wang is celebrating her 30-year presence in the field and about a month ago, she organized an anniversary show during New York Fashion Week. The usual white color of bridal creations meets bold colors such as purple, black and blue although the color white was used extensively more in her bridal creations. The choice of fabrics was also different as for the first time ever she used crepe fabrics which is a classic bridal choice more than ever before!

VIKTOR & ROLF

It is true that the seasons are no longer a limiting factor for designers. A bride who chooses to get married in the middle of autumn may choose a very summery wedding dress. This detail is well known to Viktor & Rolf and for this precise reason their new Fall 2020 collection satisfies all tastes. Impressive skirts, referring to the Spanish south, exuberant sleeves, satin fabrics that highlight the female body and very feminine short dresses compose their new collection.

ZUHAIR MURAD

For the Fall 2020 bridal collection, designer Zuhair Murad combined the beauty of nature with the charm of an elite wedding. The bridal house chose to photograph its new collection with embroidered busts, A-line dresses in rustic shades of pink and beige within a fairly rural landscape. The spectacular veils, a characteristic feature of Murad, are included as always in his collection, so the brides who choose his creations are undoubtedly looking to experience a real “princess-like”.
