Demetra Eleftheriou and Philippos Papadopoulos lived their own fairytale on their wedding day… It was precisely how they imagined it: in a beautiful garden full of light and fragrant flowers in warm and sweet colours. Fairy lights flooded the garden, wrapped around trees or hanging over the pool, like dozens of fireflies!
After the wedding proposal on 27th August 2016, 2 months after the birth of their firstborn son (November 2015), Demetra wore an impressive wedding dress by Complice Stalo Theorodou and met Philippos (who wore an elegant Dolce Cabbana suit) at the historic Ayios Ioannis Cathedral (Nicosia), where the ceremony took place. The engagement rings and the bride’s jewellery were from a jewellery shop in Greece, and the wreaths were from the jewellery shop Evdokimou Jewellery Inspirations in Nicosia.
Regarding the reception venue, the beautiful garden in Phillipos’ family house was a choice that was supported by both. The overall decoration of the wedding was a responsibility of RSVP, whilst the AVS – Audiovisual Services arranged the lighting. The dinner’s chairs were from Loizoudi shop (Nicosia).
The impressive wedding cake was a creation of Hilton Park with decorative elements from RSVP; the loukoumia were from Swiss Cottage. The wonderful moments of the couple were recorded by the lens of photographer Antonis Georgiades.
