CHARGE YOUR PHONES!
On a full day, such as your wedding day, the battery of mobile phones rapidly runs out. Be sure to have several chargers available (either in the room you’ll get dressed, in the car, even within the reception area) so that you can quickly charge your devices.
PARKING
If your wedding will be held on a private property or outdoor area, make sure there is enough space for your guests to park their cars. If there isn’t enough space, you may consider the possibility of hiring a valet.
PHOTOS OF THE INVITATIONS
Invitations are part of the wedding decoration and couples often forget to photograph them. Ask your photographer to immortalize them by taking a picture.
TURN ON THE WI-FI
If your wedding will be covered on social media (eg Snapchat, photobooth for Instagram photos etc), make sure the Wi-Fi is on and inform your guests in a fancy way, what the code is (place within the venue a sign with the Wi-Fi code and wedding # (hashtag), (ex. #mariagiorgos_wed).
Take a second pair of shoes with you in case your wedding shoes bother you after standing for so many hours, the dancing and photo shooting, etc.
DO NOT WORRY
No matter how well you organise everything down to the last detail, something will inevitably go wrong. Do not worry! At the end of the day what matters is that you enjoy every moment (even if your feet hurt)!
